Star Wars: Retold (by someone who hasn’t seen it). Randomly weaving the story lines of the three movies together makes for some compelling material.

The genius of Microsoft’s SongSmith may have been fully realized in this track that is equal parts Van Halen, Wesley Willis, and complete lack of rhythm.

Louis CK on modern conveniences. This guy is hilarious in addition to being right on the money. It seems like the faster technology progresses, the more we take it for granted. (This has been linked to all over the place but I had to tumble it for my own posterity.)

A dose of tween humor for your Almost Friday. This clip is nothing short of amazing… a gem chock full of sociological phenomena. I especially like “I bet $50 on this dude… I don’t even have $50!”

The Onion. From the It’s-Funny-‘Cause-It’s-True department:
I’m here to tell you there are lots of Christians who aren’t anything like the preconceived notions you may have. We’re not all into “turning the other cheek.” We don’t spend our days committing random acts of kindness for no credit. And although we believe that the moral precepts in the Book of Leviticus are the infallible word of God, it doesn’t mean we’re all obsessed with extremist notions like “righteousness” and “justice.”My faith in the Lord is about the pure, simple values: raising children right, saying grace at the table, strictly forbidding those who are Methodists or Presbyterians from receiving communion because their beliefs are heresies, and curing homosexuals. That’s all. Just the core beliefs. You won’t see me going on some frothy-mouthed tirade about being a comfort to the downtrodden.
